Re-Sign Procedures

Effective January 1, 2010, all resigns for Book I, Short Call, and Book II will only be accepted during business hours 8AM-5PM EST within the FIRST FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF EACH MONTH. Original signs are accepted at any time during the month with a current dues receipt. Ø There is no grace period. Emails and faxes received prior to 8AM EST the first business day or after 5PM EST that fifth day will not be accepted. Ø Please have current dues receipt prior to resign. Ø All Book II original signs and resigns not done in person will only be accepted through the home local via fax or mailed letter. Any calls verifying receipt of resigns, dues payments by credit card over the phone, or calls requesting resigns to other locals should be made Monday– Friday between 1PM and 5PM EST so it will not interfere with Morning Dispatch Hours.
